Kingdom Chess is an offline chess game. The current final build does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, user accounts, cloud storage, external gameplay APIs, push notifications, or a backend service.
1. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Kingdom Chess stores limited gameplay preferences and statistics locally using Android SharedPreferences. The locally stored information includes:
- Sound setting
- Music setting
- Haptic setting
- Legal-move display preference
- Board-style preference
- Games played against the computer
- Wins, losses, and draws against the computer
- Earned in-game gold
This information is used only to preserve your settings and local game record. The app does not transmit these values to a Kingdom Chess server because this build has no backend service.
Android backup and restore features may copy application data according to your device and Google account backup settings because the application permits standard Android backup behavior.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Kingdom Chess does not ask for or collect your name, phone number, postal address, account credentials, precise location, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone data, or other personal information during gameplay.
3. INTERNET ACCESS
The current build does not request the Android INTERNET permission. Core gameplay works offline.
4. ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS
The current build contains no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK. It does not display ads and does not send analytics events to an external analytics provider.
5. DEVICE PERMISSIONS
Kingdom Chess requests the Android VIBRATE permission only to provide optional haptic feedback for supported game interactions. Haptics can be turned off in Settings.
6. AUDIO
Music and sound effects are packaged inside the application. Sound and music preferences are stored locally on the device.
7. CONTACT ACTION
The in-app Contact Us feature may open an installed email application so you can contact the developer for support or privacy-related questions.

Kingdom Chess does not read your email, inbox, or email account. If you voluntarily contact EVERMADE LLC by email, the information you include in that message will be received and used as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or provide support.
8. DATA SHARING
The game does not intentionally sell, rent, or share gameplay data with third parties. The current build has no advertising, analytics, account, or backend integrations that transmit game statistics.
9. RETENTION AND DELETION
Local game statistics and earned gold remain on the device until you reset progress in the game's Settings, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the application, subject to Android backup and restore behavior. Reset Progress clears wins, losses, draws, games played, and earned gold while leaving settings unchanged.
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Because the current game does not request accounts or collect personal information through its own systems, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children through gameplay. Parents and guardians should manage device-level backup and other Google account settings as appropriate.
11. SECURITY
No method of local storage or device operation can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Kingdom Chess minimizes data handling by keeping the implemented game record and preferences locally and by not operating a gameplay backend in this build.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If a future version adds advertising, analytics, online multiplayer, accounts, cloud services, APIs, new permissions, or other data-handling features, this policy should be updated before that version is released.
